The service

Businesses use Project Capital AI to answer common questions by text message, using information the business provides, such as hours, services, and answers to frequently asked questions. The assistant does not complete bookings, changes, or cancellations on its own. When a request needs a person, the business is notified so that someone can follow up with you.

SMS terms

• You initiate or consent to SMS communications with a business that uses Project Capital AI.
• Messages may include responses to your inquiries, business information, appointment-related assistance, and other customer-service communications.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Project Capital AI does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Accuracy of replies

Replies are generated automatically from information the business provides, and may not always be complete or current. Please confirm anything important directly with the business.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
